View and delete saved locations

Manage your saved places to keep track of locations that matter to you — home, work, school, or anywhere you want to monitor air quality regularly.

Viewing your saved places​

From the sidebar​

  1. Click the My Places icon in the sidebar
  2. Your saved locations appear in a list
  3. Click any location to center the map on it and view its current air quality

On the map​

Saved places appear as markers on the map. Click any marker to open its place card with current air quality data.

Managing saved places​

View details​

Click on a saved place to see:

  • Current AQI and pollutant levels
  • Leaf rating (long-term air quality)
  • Recent trends and history
  • Comparison with other saved places

Rename a place​

  1. Open the place from your saved list
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the name
  3. Enter a new name (e.g., "Home", "Office", "Kids' School")
  4. Save your changes

Delete a place​

  1. Open My Places in the sidebar
  2. Find the location you want to remove
  3. Click the Delete icon (trash can)
  4. Confirm the deletion

Alternatively, open the place card and click Remove from My Places.

Tips for organizing places​

  • Use clear, descriptive names for easy identification
  • Save places you visit regularly to quickly check air quality before heading out
  • Add places for vulnerable family members (elderly, children) to monitor their exposure
  • Save outdoor exercise locations to plan activities when air quality is best
