Play, pause, rewind or fast forward, using controls at the bottom of the screen, to see what has happened to the air quality over the last two or 24 hours, seven or 30 days.

The player shows five minute averages over the two hour play, hourly averages for the last 24 hours, every six hours for the seven day view and daily averages for the previous 30 days.

You can play back what has happened around you retrospectively, step-by-step.

This helps you to understand trends along your regular routes, or the effects of local or regional incidents such as inter-continental dust passing through the local environment. You can see the isolated peaks of air pollution, and how they move with the wind speed and direction.

It also allows you to share the location and specific timestamp of anything that has concerned you. Tell your friends, neighbours and local government representatives what's happening so you can make a difference.
